After becoming human, Kyo heads out with Shizuno to try and destroy the Deutra Area from completely destroying the earth, and destroy the Gards-Orm once and for all.

The Restored manage to transfer into the Maihama server, and the Altair and Anti-Zega fight in the streets of Maihama, endangering the lives of everyone stored in the server.
The Altair and Garuda fight against Sin and Abyss in their new Anti-Zega, while trying to find a way to continue with their final battle plan.
The Oceanus proceeds with their Final Plan, as the Zegapains’ infiltrate the Gards0Orm base, after a fight with Sin and Abyss they are teleported in the enemies quantum computer and talk with what is for the most part Naaga.
The Final Plan against the Gards-Orm goes into effect as all the forces of Celebrum attack the Gards-Orm headquarters in a final hope of saving mankind.
Kyo and everyone learn of Shima’s Final Plan strategy to defeat the Gards-Orm and become resurrected in the real world. However he learns of others pinions, about how being resurrected may not be the best thing.
Kyo finds out the truth about what happened to the Maihama server and after a fight against the Gards Orm with Shizuno as his co pilot; Shizuno tells Kyo how the previous him and her first met.
The location of the Maihama server has been found by the Gards Orm so Kyo and Ryoko rush to protect it, while Lu Sheng interrogates Shizuno over dinner about who leaked the information to the enemy.
Ryoko has been restored in the fake world except without her emotions and Kyo tries to be with her, all the while trying to deal with if they are alive and what the point is of things, still being effected by the server reset.
Kyo and Ryoko are out on a scouting mission when attacked by Gards-Orm, along with Sin. When they return to the Oceanus, a crisis ensues when they find that Sin has managed to infiltrate the ship.
