Ikuto travels out to sea after the visit with the Sea Dragon god gets interrupted, and tires for it anyways despite Suzu’s concern.

Ikuto has to make his way to the mountain on the center of the island in order to retrieve a key that will let him seek the blessing of the Sea Dragon God, however all of the leaders from the island won’t let him get there without a fight.

Mikoto’s sister, Shinobu, returns form her sword training in the forest in order to challenge Ikuto to a swordfight because of the rumors of him being a great swordsman.
When Chikage stumbles across a magic book in her room she uses it to affect the island, turning the humans into animals and vice versa.
