It kind of reminds me of the last arc when she tried to get Lawrence to buy those honey peaches. A way for a merchant like Lawrence to show how he feels about her. I think she really wants the answer to the question of what she is to Lawrence. She has to believe Lawrence can win if he puts everything behind the effort. This is definitely a great show and it's hard to wait for each episode. @Karisu

It's her way of giving Lawrence one last chance. She still loves him, but she can't deal with it being so one sided. So, if he can pull it through and do this, she'll take it as a sign that he wants her. However, if he doesn't, then she's willing to move on. I know its an anime but it's biting me really hard to see Lawrence and Horo like this. Of course they'll end up together at the end... It's just, I hate the situation right now, wish it would just end and have another issue instead of romance problems...those are the most painful to watch in my opinion =(.
