A while ago I decided to download the available visual novel games that have been fan translated, as there aren’t any quality games that are translated officially. Well Tears to Tiara was one of those games and I kind of let it sit until I got time to play it. However when I saw the anime that were coming out this spring season and I saw Tears to Tiara there, I jumped with excitement. It was the perfect reason and opportunity to actually play the game I had downloaded.

I really liked Utawarerumono anime, and although I haven’t played the game yet I thought it would have been interesting if I could have compared the two as I was watching, which is what I hope to do with Tears to Tiara. I’ve set out to beat the game in a fairly short amount of time so when the show is released I can compare the two side by side. I’m just posting this to let everyone know about my quest to beat the game. I hope that by playing the game my posts about the series will be more interesting then if I hadn’t, so look forward to those at well, and wish me luck in playing the game in about a week’s time.
