It’s a bit hard to say much about this show. This show in it’s entirely can be summed up as “slice-of-life” It really does just fit this genre perfectly. Sure there are some comedy moments in it, but comedy really doesn’t seem to be the main focus of the show at all. In fact there are many times where there just wasn’t anything really that funny happening. There wasn’t really any serious focus on romance; there was no huge drama where people got betrayed and so forth, it wasn’t anything dramatic it was just normal events happening. While from a description that seems almost boring, and maybe perhaps at times it was a tad, it also has its place. It was just sweet and rather heartwarming to watch the show as these things happened. Sure there were some comedy bits that livened things up, but the best part about it really was just seeing these people interact in a nice warm way. It’s not something that I want every anime to be and it’s not something that everyone will like, but it was still an enjoyable experience.
I do of course have to mention separately Yoshinoya-sensei, the single greatest thing about this series. Sure the other characters were more important and more prominent but there is just something about Yoshinoya that screams “pure-win” She’s effectively a child at heart while at the same time strangely versed in some more adult things. It’s really almost indescribable, she is a very unique character and I would definitely watch a show with her as the main character, let’s hope for a spinoff :D

Moeblob, they were everywhere.
