This series was pretty much how I thought it would be. It for the most part was just a typical ecchi school/romance/comedy. Seeing as it had such a large degree of slapstick humor and ecchiness, the seriousness of the romance never sit in, but it’s exactly as I expected. The series wasn’t anything amazing, nothing that I feel in love with or ever felt very strongly for, but as far as an ecchi series goes, it was good as long as you don’t expect it to be anything else, because it really was exactly what the cliché of the genre is.
I do have to say that I didn’t really expect this ending. At first I thought he would get to the end and there wouldn’t be much more to anything. Things would return to normal without Rito really making a choice, because in this kind of series the male lead never is able to make up his mind. However the marriage certainly threw me. At first I thought they were going to go through with it, because at times it seems like he did make a choice of Lala over Haruna, but then he kept going back. I thought maybe there would be something weird about he wedding and he would still be open to a choice with Haruna. The ending kept changing and I could have easily seen any one of them being how they ended up. I could have easily seen the show ending with Lala being unknown to everyone, but also suspected they would end it the way they actually did. Overall though it didn’t really mean much, which I guess is a bit of a disappointment, but since I never felt that strongly about the series, I didn’t care that much.
