Two inspectors from higher up in the order’s hierarchy come to question people about the recent events.

Impressions:
Well, this should lead to something interesting. Although the Nazi inspector guy is definitely not a nice guy by any means, what he was talking about does make sense and he does have a point. If Allen can suddenly control this device that has been only used by the evil people, that should set off something in your head that something’s up. Now obviously Allen isn’t evil but his ties with everything going on, with the Performer and so on is definitely more then that of an average exorcist. It should be interesting to see what becomes of the inspectors pushing more for answers.
I’m curious as to how big of a part the next couple of episodes will focus on Lenalee’s past trauma, as it makes sense that it would be tied to that inspector guy. He seems to be the kind that would put Lenalee in that kind of horrible situation. It could be that it just brings up memories of her past and she talks it over with someone however it could also end up resulting in something else. I kind of get the impression that she may be locked away by the higher ups. If she is indeed The Heart, which they have their suspicions she is, then locking her away where she’s safe and not out on the battlefield would make sense.
Somehow I think that inspector has more answers than we do right now. He’s just pulling out all this information and I’m wondering where he got it. Plus it seems like he knew all this 4 years ago when he gave the mission to Cross to deal with the akuma plant. Just something about the higher ups in the Order that give me a bad feeling. Seeing the exorcists as nothing but tools to be used to win the war no matter what it costs.
Honestly though Allen is someone that can be suspected easily. He can use the ark which ahs been in enemy control for a very long time. He tried to save the traitor Suman whose actions caused the deaths of many people. Guy has a cursed eye that can see the akuma souls and he cares about them as much as he cares about people. Not to mention on the less known part he did intend to go and save Tyki from the collapsing ark before his Noah powers came back with a vengeance. Many like Chouji would see this kind of stuff as being traitorous and making him just as bad as the enemy they are fighting.
Wouldn’t be surprised about that Inspector causing Lenalee trauma. We know from flashbacks that she was forced to go to the Order and locked up/restrained. If her brother hadn’t come who knows what would have become of her mental state. Many of the exorcist friends she has have only arrived recently. Lavi came a while earlier but not too much. Krory, Allen, and Miranda are pretty recent arrivals. Kanda, Suman, and probably some of the marshals are probably the few that have had long contact with her.
In terms of Lenalee’s fate I have been thinking the same. You can’t just put out someone that is suspected of having the heart out there. Having it or not doesn’t make a difference. Long as the Earl believes she has it that’s enough to make her a serious target. If he is right and destroys her innocence then that is the end for them all. Besides the fact she can’t use it properly it makes sense to lock her up for now.
