The school idol Haruka has a secret love of anime which she fears will make her a joke to the school, so she freaks out when one guy finds out about it.

Impressions:
I was expecting to really like this series from the beginning, and I already have fallen in love with it. One of the main things that really makes this show so great I think is that Haruka is just such a cute character. Not just her physical appearance, but really her personality. The way she gets extremely embarrassed and scared easily, yet doesn’t fall into a clichéd super shy and quiet character is great. I loved the way she can be like that one moment but then when a small joke is made she can get upset in a really funny and cute way I just think her personality is great. The appeal of her liking otaku stuff isn’t even on my radar as far as liking her considering her other really fun qualities to watch. I’m really looking forward to just seeing more of her, and the situation she’s in with Yuuto and the secret definitely has potential to bring out many more of those moments.
There is a lot of really great potential for good romance in this series, which is partially why I like it so much. I tend to want most shows to have a good amount of romance focus in them, as I think it makes the show better. However if not just from the very premise of the two of these characters sharing a secret and being around each other a lot, the OP showed them very close together so I’ll really be looking forward to seeing how much further they progress. It does seem like there may be a love triangle thing going on later in the series, as the OP continued to show Yuuto, Haruka, and some other girl, several times looking at Yuuto while Yuuto and Haruka were looking at each other, so all of the aspects haven’t even been revealed yet, I’m really looking forward to seeing more.

When I first saw a promo for this series, I was interested in its animation style so I looked it up and found that it had an interesting story to go with it. Now that I’ve watched it (I’m up to ep 3 now) I’ve completely loved it. It’s looking like it’ll be more romance driven than comedy.
This series is so cute and sweet it hurts! Of course Noto Mamiko as the lead helps (I loved her performance in Clannad too).
I agree about Haruka. She’s definitely not weak, though she can be a little too naive and clumsy at times. As you will find out in episode 3, there’s a reason why she’s so concerned about keeping her secret hidden.
I’m looking forward to more.
