Kotoko goes off to her first day of college and tries to decide what to do after her kiss with Naoki.

Impressions:
I was quite impressed with this episode. I thought they handled the brief time skip rather well and it was interesting to see the small changes that have kind of occurred with the time step. Of course it’ll be more interesting if we’re able to see more of that, whether it be in this season or another one, I can definitely tell from this that a ten year time step will definitely be a lot of fun to see. Kotoko is still kind of the same yet in a way she’s different. It’s hard to point out how exactly, and the same goes for Naoki. He’s still a jerk, but I don’t’ quite see him the same way I did way at the beginning.
I’m interested to find out how this whole tennis thing will play out. Just from the little quick animation during the mid way break in the show, the club leader and the new girl seem like they are pretty important characters. The girl was kind of the focus of this episode and it seems like she will play a big part, along with the guy, in the next episode. So not only is the tennis club setting going to set up for some rather interesting bits with Kotoko actually trying to play, but it seems like it will draw the characters closer together and we’ll see some more of them. Though the whole bringing them together thing is interesting, I also think it’ll be fun to see Kotoko struggle with tennis. It was definitely fun seeing her reaction to how tremendously hard the club seems like it’ll be compared to what she thought.
