Episode of the Week:
Macross Frontier - 05
This ended up being a bit of a hard choice between Macross and Druaga. On one hand Macross has been developing amazingly but Druaga also had a hilarious episode this week, deviating a bit from the more serious focus. However in the end I had to choose Macross. Even given Druaga’s hilarity there was something about the Macross episode that just had me sucked into the show.
The Macross episode not only gave some great development to Sheryl, making her much more of a likable character it gave some rather serious deep character development to Ranka as well as more romance focus on the both of them. All of that added with some overall action-plot development made this episode great.
