This was an alright first episode. The series doesn’t strike me as anything that I will instantly love, as the show seems to be filled with over the top stupid things, but as far as looking at this show for what it is, I think it will turn out to be fine. It does seem like a show that’s fun to watch if you don’t expect it to e anything amazing. There seem to be some interesting characters, not really that unique, but hopefully it will make for some enjoyment, I just don’t expect this to be “good” in any way, just kind of fun to watch.

I do have to mention how the scene leading up to the OP was so blatantly a copy/parody of Hayate that it wasn’t really even funny. I don’t know if this show is trying to get comedy from parody but really it’s not working out. The first impression I got was that it was just a lame replica. I hope this show sticks to other means of humor, because even though they may not be as good or respected, at least some of the ecchi comedy or slapstick, which this show seems like it would have, fit with the show.
