Everyone heads out to prepare for the upcoming school trip that all the third years are going on when Minatsu and Yume tag along but wind up in a bad situation.

Impressions:
I found this episode to be very interesting. It didn’t really seem to be very high on the action plot, at least not until the end, yet it was still rather exciting almost, definitely very interesting. I am very happy about the amount of focus they are putting on romance. That’s one thing I always wanted more of from the first season and so far they have really added that here in the second season. Although I do hope that the romance aspect of the show gets even more serious and has a bit more drama in it. Right now it seems like it’s a bit slow and not all that serious, yet they still at least have it as a rather prominent issue, so that alone does make it pretty interesting, I just hope it continues to grow.
I am a bit surprised at how interesting the action part of the plot is getting with so little focus. The last couple of episodes haven’t really focused on it that much at all; they have like some 30 second bit at the end of the episode that manages to have a tremendous impact on things that are going on. They’ve set up an amazingly interesting and exciting situation without too much dragging on and I really want to find out what happens now. Unlike some shows where I just want it to get to the action because it’s boring, this show has made me want them to get to the action because they’ve already left me in suspense and anticipating what will come. There is still the tremendously huge bit with Yuji using silver flames. I remember something about them saying that the guy who uses silver wasn’t a set person, something about them reincarnating as people or changing forms. I’m not sure exactly but that old guy told Margery it was useless for a reason. Then of course there now seems to be a focus on the previous owner of the Reiji Maigo, as next episode seems to focus on too. So even though there hasn’t been a huge focus on the story other then romance they’ve still built it up to something exciting.
Am glad we’re getting into some serious stuff. I’m happy for romance in a series, but when you have characters stand around pondering on how jealously feels terrible it’s a bit much. Glad we are getting some development. Shana and Yoshida have gotten plenty of advice lately and will have something to hold onto when the serious times come.
Am happy we are getting something going on with the other parts of the plot. Felt like they lost that it’s not just a school romance show. The Flame Hazes, Tomogara and everything is a major component of the world they live in. The fact Yuji will have to leave one day since he’s not going to grow up and that he’s a target having the Reiji Maigo inside of him. Looks like this Peles girl will open things up again. Especially since it relates to someone she was involved with.
This should be interesting. Lot built up with this parade coming. Having Kazumi as Juliet could be pulled symbolically. After all in a sense it was a failed romance since they both died. Came from different worlds in a sense Capulet(living human) and Montague(torch). At any rate am excited about what’s coming.
