Emel is turning out interesting, though she was side character and even when she showed her feelings I didn’t take it seriously

Impressions:

I do have to point out before really saying anything else about this episode that I am definitely noticing a decrease in enjoyment form this show just based on the pure fact that it is taking so long to release subs. I started out rally liking the show and I remember anticipating it from all I read about it. However I just keep feeling like I don’t care and just want the thing to be over. It is quite a shame as I’m sure I’d like the show more if I were to watch it more regularly. So, I’m trying to get past some f those feeling of just wanting it to be over but they are definitely here and affecting my appreciation for anything else the show has to offer.

This episode was ok; it didn’t seem to have too much going on in it until the end when they had the little drama bit with Emel. Her character is surprising me though as I never expected her to play a role that was anywhere near this serious. She started off as a side character and I wasn’t sure how long she would even stay in the show. However even after becoming part of the regular cast her actions, though already pointing to her having feelings, didn’t really seem to matter. She didn’t seem like that big of a deal, her rivalry wasn’t important because it’s not like some other shows, Mamoru and Ayako were already together. Still, it has turned out to be interesting and I think one of the high points of the show will probably be the conclusion to Emel’s feelings. Aside from that all they really have going is the bit with Maria and it’s a bit unsure right now how well that will turn out.

I’m a little worried at the role that that one stalker guy is going to play. Really he was just annoying and pointless in the beginning and although annoying, tolerable. Now that they are hinting and going in the direction of him being important and working with Maria I’m a bit wary I didn’t like his character already and now he is being put in a more important role, doesn’t really help things. Hopefully his part will still remain very minor.
