Fate faces off against Jail inside of the base, while he tells her that she is nothing more then a clone that can’t stop his plans.

Impressions:

That was fucking awesome. The show hasn’t really slowed down at all since they started this long string of episodes about the final attack, and it’s been great. I’m really just simply impressed that they’ve kept it going this long and still made it very fun and interesting to watch. I was a bit worried that a really long string of episodes like this may cause things to get rather stale and repetitive, but really it’s still remained to be exciting throughout. I was on the edge of my seat throughout the entire episode really, and there’s still more to come. I can’t wait to find out what happens, but I don’t just care about finding out, I really want to watch everything else leading up to it.

I have to mention that Fate was fucking awesome. That whole scene involving her was just absolutely incredible. First off, just the fact that she kicked so much ass was great. My god, her duel wielding energy swords was just, well, great. I freaked out when I saw that because of how cool she was. Then how she just completely effortlessly kicked the two cyborgs asses, and then pretty much the doctor too. Fate truly is just pure awesomeness. It was interesting as well though just the story that they gave her and the drama they were placing behind her origin a bit. It’s already been touched on though, but they didn’t focus on it too deeply that it was just repeating things. The focus shift to her being like her other in regards to Caro and Erio was interesting. Rally, both parts of her scene were just great and, once again, she completely kicked ass.

I am curious as to how they are going to deal with the whole there’s a doctor clone inside all of the cyborgs thing. I mean, although right now there only remains one of them who is still free and loose, it’s not as if the others are dead. Plus, they had some scenes that really looked like they could redeem them. Hell Tea even kind of preached to one that they can become normal, so I really don’t think it’s an option to just kill them all, so I’m really interested to see how they get around that.
