Section Six fights many battles against the Combat Cyborgs that have attacked the HQ and Section Six base.

Impressions:
HOLY FUCKING SHIT!! MY GOD, THAT WAS FREAKING AWESOME! Wow, I just can’t believe how freaking awesome this show is. I was watching and so many huge things kept happening one after another, and then after one event or so I’d think it was over when it was only about half over, then more huge things just kept coming. I mean, I’ll talk about them specifically but there was just so much, the bit with Subaru and Ginga, the bit with Caro, the whole attack on Section Six, Vita’s fight and Rein. I mean, I was expecting this to be a good episode. After all it’s the second in a two-parter and in the last episode post I mentioned how that episode was really entirely setting up for this one. However, although my expectations for this episode were extremely high, I was still just blown away by all that happened. It was intense. It wasn’t even just h battles. It’s not like it was a good episode simply because there were a lot of varying fights with cool magic and attacks. Although fights filled a lot of this episode up a lot of the really huge things were beyond that and just made this episode incredible.
First off of the specific mentions, Subaru. What the hell!?! I knew there was something about her or her history that involved the combat cyborgs, as it seemed like their mother was killed by them or something, but Subaru actually being one of them? I hadn’t even begun to guess that. I just thought the moment where she went all super saiya-jin esque was awesome. She really did kick ass and it was a bit disappointing to see that she didn’t actually do much, she could have at least broken someone’s arm or knocked them unconscious and near death. I understand that they may be keeping the enemy alive because they have the chance to convert them like the other seasons of Nanoha has seemed to done with the enemy, so although it would have been interesting to see her actually kill one I can see why they didn’t’ also. Still, she went totally kick ass and it was a shame she didn’t do even more. So just when I thought her moment couldn’t get any better, having her go crazy and kick ass they show she’s a cyborg too. Well, they kind of showed that when her eyes changed also, but still it was two huge things at once that just made it awesome, and it seems like Ginga might actually be dead too, which would be awesome. That kind of sounds odd but for a show to go as far as actually kill off one of the good guys makes it really interesting because it’s not afraid to make things serious. Although a lot of shows are fine that have fights and no one dieing, but it brings a completely new level of seriousness to the situation if someone dies.
Second, I have to mention Caro. I thought it was cool when Subaru exploded and thought that was going to be it but the moment I saw Caro by herself kind of sad just knew there was going to be some huge explosion of power too. It was awesome to see her do that and summon the super kick ass dragon. I was wondering when she was going to pull that out because she did mention she had another one she didn’t really use a lot. However, despite how really awesomely cool it was for her to do that, it almost felt like it was wasted. I mean, she just took out some gadgets. Sure she saved her home from being completely demolished, but it had already been pretty badly destroyed and they could have very easily had said there weren’t gadgets left over to destroy the place, which would have saved the occasion for Caro needing to use her dragon. It’s not that I don’t want her to use it, but again it felt wasted. It would have been cooler if the enemy was underestimating her or something and she used the dragon thing to totally kick ass of like half the team of bad guys at once. Plus, no one was really around to see her use it. Although it’s not like she can’t use it again, but it may be hard to get a moment where she is in the same emotional state which makes summoning that thing an interesting and cool moment.
This episode made 16 episodes of filler well worth the wait. Just one ‘OHSHI-!’ after another.
Yeah, awesome episode indeed. I was going “Fuck Yeah!” all the time.
