The forwards practice with Ginga, who is temporarily joining Section Six for the oncoming danger, and Subaru and Ginga go head to head in a mock battle.

Impressions:

I really liked the moments they showed between Ginga and Subaru. More then just he fight. It’s nice and interesting to see one on one fights, but that wasn’t really my favorite part about them being together. I think they did a great jog on just showing how they cared for each other in the sibling way like that. Although, I would have really liked to learn a little bit more about their mother. As the intro/flashback leading into this episode said, the cyborg things have some special meaning to Ginga and her family, so it’s likely their mother was killed by them somehow. I’m sure they will still tell the story a little later, but it would have been nice to get a little hint at least.

Vivio is definitely just pouring on the cuteness now. She was adorable in this episode and I loved the way she had her hair done like Nanoha and Fate when they were young and in the other series. I’m kind of getting worried for her now though, they are making her so damn cute and a great character, it will really suck if she has to go away at the end. I just hope after they killed everyone she gets to stay with Nanoha and Fate.

It seems like the next episode will start to really escalade things. Although, it only being the 16^th episode I don’t think it will be the start of the final confrontation, there will likely be s small break, but it still should be really interesting. They are getting far enough hat even if it’s not the final ultimate conflict, it will still be exciting and interesting, and almost more importantly at this point, having something to do with the overall plot. If nothing else, it’s got to be interesting just because it’s a two part episode. And if the last two part episode is any inclination on how they decide what to call a two-parter, the action wills till go a couple of episodes after that two-parter as well. In fact, the last time there was a two-parter, the really exciting and action packed episode was after both parts, so either way there is likely to be something going on soon.
