Section Six is assigned to protect a building where an auction for various Lost Logia is going on, so that the gadgets and devices from the enemy don’t harm anyone.
This episode was interesting, but mainly for a reason that was a bit more then just the obvious stuff. While it was interesting to see the fight against the gadgets, especially after they were controlled by summoner girl, and as I just mentioned the involvement of those two new enemies, I think one of the most important and interesting parts of this episode was just Tea’s self doubt that she kept showing. Its always interesting when a character shows some more human emotions, and I think Tea thinking that she isn’t good enough to be where she is a is a very human emotion given her situation. Hell, she had a great point when she was arguing how she wasn’t very good. Everyone else has some qualities about them that make them special and above normal, but Tea is generally normal, or just about average. Hell, while using guns are cool, it doesn’t seem like it would be that useful all the time. There are plenty of other ranged attacks that everyone else can do, so she doenst’ offer too much that isn’t already there. What surprised me and impressed me the most was that it wasn’t just resolved with a simple you’re doing great comment from Nanoha or anything. The show needed on her crying because she screwed up trying to prove she wasn’t a screw up. I don’t know how much of that is going to be resolved in the next episode, as its likely that most of her ears and insecurities will be put to rest just because the episode can focus a bit on that, but I’m just really impressed and glad they are giving her some very nice character development. And more development then just involving her in some humor or showing her training at that.
Yuuno’s appearance was very interesting and really rather cool. I was wondering when they were going to get around to showing him, as he was a very very important character in the previous series, but they have yet to hardly mention him. If they did, it was only once and briefly. I know they mentioned Chrono already, but Yuuno is more important then him I think just because of how important he was in getting Nanoha involved in everything. Hell, there may be even room for romance between the two of them as some others have guessed. With what they’ve shown now, it seems very hard and impossible to tell what kind of role he’ll play, but if they start including him more often, I can see the potential for something like that happening, no matter how much some of us may want a Fate and Nanoha pairing.
