Haruka recovers from the attack of the enemy organization’s Idol, and doubts her ability and her relationship with Imber when she sees the damage he has taken.

Impressions:
This episode was absolutely amazing. I was a bit surprised at how much I was just intrigued throughout the whole episode. It didn’t really have any action at all, just the quick “this happened earlier” scene at the begging, and as far as action that was it. Hell, it wasn’t’ even a question of drama. Sure there was a bit of some arguing going on, but a lot of the plot and development was silent. I was just really fascinated on how they portrayed the relationship between Idol and Master. That’s one of the things that they’ve done an excellent job of in this series. Usually I’m not that drawn in by a show, even if it’s interesting. I mean, I like it, but this episode really had me just glued to the screen to figure out how or if this relationship between a giant robot and a girl was going to be fixed.
The evil organization is still proving to be pretty interesting, even with a very short inclusion such as it got in this episode. What most intrigued me about them, is the guy member they have. He seems to be the leader, or second to “Mother” as he’s the one who always says how Mother is angry, or Mother wants to see you and so on. He also seemed pretty damn evil even for an evil organization. I mean, I know the little girl is a tad annoying to some, but still he seemed so very…well, like I said, evil when he grumbled how he wanted to cut off her legs. It really makes me wonder what they are really trying to accomplish if they all aren’t really friendly or on the same page.
Next episode seems like it will solely focus on getting some fun character development, as the preview showed it was a beach episode with a lot of fanservice. Which isn’t bad I suppose. Although plot and character episodes are great, they’ve done a great job of recently having great episodes, so a slight lull is fine, and nothing really “wrong” with fanservice….:D
