On a rainy day, Yorito takes Matsuri outside since there is no sunshine and they spend the day together, while the mysterious bearded man sets out to go after Matsuri again.

Impressions:

Wow, this episode was incredible. Well, most of the episode. But all that really matters is that the episode looked at whole was great. The first half was a bit boring, and I was starting to think that it would be a boring episode, or event hat they were going to fall into a whole slew of a couple of episodes where not much happens after most of the main introduction and things have been set in their place had happened. But this episode was amazingly was nearly pulling my hair out during the fight between the bearded guy and Matsuri. This is only episode five; even in short 12-14 episode series I think that’s rather impressive for a show to be that exciting and into the overall plot as wearily as this is. I don’t know for sure how long this is, but I would be surprised if it was longer then 12-14, which would actually make the excitement here all the more impressive. This show has just done a great job of pulling me in.

The plot seems to have gotten pretty interesting just from the small tidbit at the beginning of this show. I mean, the fight scene was great and very exciting. It was important, but one of the most important parts of this episode I think was the flashback the bearded guy had. He just doesn’t seem like the kind of guy who is pure evil or anything, and although he nearly killed Matsuri I think he has a good reason for it, not just to be evil. It’s as if his sister, perhaps the loli, was killed or something, perhaps by a Yaka, or maybe even Matsuri. Although, she wasn’t killed exactly but something happened where she was cursed to that body. They need her life to save the loli. I’m not sure what exactly, but it’s already been revealed that there is quite an interesting story there and I just can’t wait for everything to be shown.

Aono finding out about Matsuri near the end was awesome. I didn’t really guess that it would be such a big deal if she did know, but just from her reaction it was really interesting to watch. This show does a great job at making things really count, and all of the relationships are important. I’m sure this will have tremendous impact on Aono, I’m just not really sure how. Like I said, I wouldn’t think it would be that big of a deal, but I suppose it’s more then someone living at the house. Hell, she doesn’t know she’s living there. I suppose it’s just the fact that he didn’t share a new friend with Aono, or more like he’s kind of replaced her, which would explain all of his absences. I really want to see how this affects things.

Oh, and my god is Matsuri hot. I know I’ve said this, but I’m going to try and put it in every post. I loved her in a ponytail, and even serious fighting mode Matsuri was hot :D

Wow, I was really surprised at how good this episode was, and I’m finally liking that silver-haired girl in the hospital after having an extreme dislike for her through the entire series so far, I wonder what her connection is to Matsuri?.. The action scenes were really cool, and I’m curious as to what the characters are going to do now that they’ve been found. This episode points to some pretty intense events that will occur later on (next episode is called ’sacrifice of blood’ oooh!) and I can’t wait! Da Capo had an excellent ending and I’m expecting this show to end great too but I’m seeing a pretty depressing ending for some reason, hope not!
