The yellow light that kills off Lucif must have save Sumire as well. The picture indicated that Lucia and Sumire is the two left in the story and they are together. My guess. The beginning of episode 12 wasn't the very end. Lucia only flashed back briefly, the whole encounter with Sumire in the snow place was all in real time. I also don't think that Lyla and Lola survived the blast, getting the ghosts to hold down Lucif so he couldn't protect himself from the Lucia/Sumire nuke... if he didn't survive how could they? As for fragments, my thoughts are: 1) Viruses like to eat people who can see viruses. 2) When you remove the fragment/soul from a person, they become a virus. Lucia said that once that once a person is a virus, there's no going back to being human. 3) Viruses are invisible to people who don't have fragments. From the above, I think that viruses are just an other way of saying ghost or spirit. Considering the number of "people" viruses, lucif was very busy. At least, that's my theory.
