After escaping from the flamethrower user, Section III tries to put an end to the drug problem in the waterworks once and for all.

Impressions:
Wow, I’m even more confused about the doctor lady after this episode. At first I ad assumed she was totally evil, which could still not be too far off. She seemed to know about the Invisible 9 and seemed like she would be the kind of person who not necessarily initiated the project but was the one who made all the experiments and was in on most of it. However she seemed friendly with Orland. They obviously knew each other but Orland didn’t seem to be mad at her, so it’s not like he was kidnapped to be experimented on. She not only knew about Orland’s unit but of the flamethrower one and likely all the others. She could still be evil, after all she was the one who killed the tank expert when he found out that the Invisible 9 was still around, but her being all chummy with Orland kind of threw off my impressions of her. It will be interesting to see what happens; her situation has gotten a bit more interesting now that they have showed that Orland doesn’t seem to have a problem with her at all. Hell she even helped Orland by giving him information and seemed to treat him.
Aside from the doctor thing this episode was pretty interesting. I was a bit surprised at how little they involved the flamethrower guy at the beginning. With such a cliffhanger like they had at the end of last episode, they only really dealt with him very shortly until they ran away. At least he isn’t out of the picture yet. I really liked the concept of the fluid in the guy’s suit. It’s interesting that he is burning himself but doesn’t know it, it nicely shows what kind of program the Invisible 9 is. It’s not so much for benefiting the soldiers with new technology, its benefiting whoever uses them.
The Silver Wheel thing at the end has me intrigued. It seems to be the higher ups in everything that is going on. From the looks of it, the man who was called the Silver Wheel or was in the Silver Wheel, whatever he was the one who showed up at the end of this episode seemed to be the same person that Alice’s fiancé was meeting with. At the end of a previous episode it heavily hinted if not spelled out that Alice’s fiancé was evil because he was shown meeting with someone and they knew about the super technology guns.
