It’s announced to the whole school that Mamoru and Ayako have started going out, and the two of them try to deal with the constant attention this is getting.
Impressions:
This episode was pretty good. Although, still it didn’t have as much actual relationship advancement between Mamoru and Ayako as I’d want. It seems to be more about just the shock of them being together. Although, they did just officially start going out end of last episode so there hasn’t’ been too much time for that. I just hope they show more of them together and not just repeating the whole shock of them with each other thing.
Ayako’s past was really interesting, and is nice to see that she has a bit of a tragic past in this kind of show. Although one thing that kind of confuses me is if Mamoru and Ayako’s past are linked. In the flashback that showed Mamoru as a kid he was talking to some guy. It’s obvious that he was talking to the person Mamoru said saved him with Beatrice. However it showed Ayako as a child in the background so I’m thinking that that man was her grandfather. Which means that there will be more to the story then just Mamoru and Ayako’s relationship. With them having a kind of past together it ties them together more. This isn’t necessarily good or bad, will just have to see.
Mamoru’s sister was…..something. I had heard about this scene back when this episode first came out like a year ago (It seems) but seeing it was quite odd. The thing is they didn’t even make that big of a deal about it. Mamoru didn’t freak out and yell that she would be like that he just said she will catch a cold, like he’s used to it. Very odd, but I’m not complaining. I missed most of the text in that scene, couldn’t’ read the subtitles for some reason. :D

Itsumi (Mamoru’s sister) is almost naked in front of him …that is very disgusting! Especially if she is kind of jealous of Ayako going out with Mamoru.
