When Takako orders Kana to take out her ribbon from her hair because it is too big, Mizuho, Shion, and Mariya form a protest against Takako so they can defend Kana.

Impressions:Â
I’m a bit surprised at how much focus they are giving Takako. Although this episode was partially Kana based, and it even gave some back-story on Kana, they still included Takako for a large portion of the plot in this episode. They keep dealing with her and her relationship with Mizuho. If they are friends or not, and the way Mizuho thinks and views things. All of this seems to have an impact on Takako, as they even showed at the end of this episode a bit where she was thinking about her motives and if Mizuho was friend or foe. I was expecting there to be more focus on Shion. There has hardly been any recently, I don’t’ even think she appeared in the last two or three episodes at all, so when I saw her in this episode I was a bit surprised because its almost as if I had forgotten her. Hopefully at the end of the series there will be some more focus on her.
One small thing that they did that I thought was really cool, was change the OP. Its not that they really changed it, but all of everyone’s uniforms, except the ghost, were changed to the winter uniforms. Before it showed everyone in summer uniforms and I think that this small change was really cool, as it happened on the episode when they changed uniforms as well.
awww how touching…Mizuho stood up for kana T_T
