Allen tries to deal with a robot built for healing exorcists, when it goes crazy he has to find a way to escape from it.

Wow, for the most part this episode sucked. It was complete absolute filler, and not even that good or interesting filler either. At least in some cases filler episodes can give some character development but this was entirely pointless filler. I just hope we don’t get too many more episodes like this
The end was a bit interesting at least. The small segment showing the Akuma ad guys. At least I’m pretty sure everyone they showed ere Akumas, except maybe the Earl which could be technically not one. It does seem from the preview that the next episode will be a bit more interesting and plot oriented. Also the introduction of these very evolved Akuma make the fights more interesting, as they aren’t some huge balloon thing that randomly shoots.

Actually this episode was nothing BUT taken from the manga, so you couldent really call it a filler, but they took all the important character development out of it which made even me admit that it sucked pretty bad x_x
Well, just because it took place in the manga doesn’t mean its not filler. Manga can have filler material too.
No, the term ‘filler’ means that the material in an anime is not taken from a manga/novel/game when the anime is based off it. Which means manga cannot have fillers if it’s an original production. Therefore, this episode is about 50% filler, since that’s the amount of material that was taken from the manga.
Those guys are noah’s family, so not akuma. You’ll learn more about them later on
