Below, are pictures of my Kaede figure taken over a span of three days. The camera and figure were in the exact smae place every time.
As you saw, or will see she has a warping problem. Now, this didn’t automatically happen over three days. She was like the last picture, maybe worse, and I gave her the hot water treatmnet. I re-positioned her, and even proppered her up against soemthing to keep her in postion when she cooled. Then I placed her on the shelf and took the pictures.
I’ve also tried the sticky tac method, however she uses a plug base so it really doens’t help, becuase the figure just leans out of her plug holes and doens’t really help anything.
If anyone has any ideas on what to do, please tell me. I don’t want to have to put her back in her box because I think it is a bit of a waste to keep figures in boxes.
It helps if you have these figures side by side in different tags to truly see the effect, continue on for the pics.
I have that exact problem. The only option you’d probably have is to put her back in the box, or just keep her leaning against something. Altier-Sai’s Shuffle range isn’t very impressive from what I found since I have all 5 girls.
I think she notices something interesting in the sky… that’s why she’s looking up =P
After just three days? That hurts. Also, you might want to take a level to check if your shelves provide a flat surface.
Well at least it wasn’t like three days out of the box and it did it, just about three days after the hot water treatment to get it to where it was supposed to be.
I’ve checked my shelves too adn they are level, if anything the area the Kaede figure is on leans forward slightly, so she should be pushed the way I want her to to be fixed even.
