The Altair and Garuda fight against Sin and Abyss in their new Anti-Zega, while trying to find a way to continue with their final battle plan.

Impressions: 

Lu Sheng was the biggest thing in this episode I think. He was such a cool character, and didn’t really seem like one that they HAD to kill off, so his death was a bit sad. Especially after they gave him all these revelations about how he wanted to be like Kyo, looking towards at the present, and not giving up, his views on life and everything. I am a bit surprised and still confused at Lu Sheng’s, um, kiss. Giving Kyo a kiss like that was a bit odd…not really expected.

It was really cool seeing the real Shima. I liked how they had the lines on his face like Sin and Abyss have., because it does make sense if he is basically a traitor, betraying Naaga, that he would be like The Restored, if not technically one of them. I’m a tad confused about the cat, if it’s just a way for him to move around, or if signified the Shima that we were usually seeing, and that he fused with the other one when Kyo saw the cat disappear into him. In the preview they show the cat again, so that could have an effect on what exactly the cat is, the full Shima, or part of him, or whatever that means.

The preview again had me almost the most excited. With the fighting being in the Mahatma server, that means all damage done, is basically permanent and can’t really be resorted if they do win I thought. Also Kyo’s statement about doing whatever it takes even if he has to leave behind Ryoko has me worried. I’m reminded too much about the whole movie that Ryoko made that was just like their situation, where the main character lost his memory or all others lost their memory of him, I fear something like that will happen.
