Feena wants to find out what a part time job is like so she watches and helps out Tatsuya at the restaurant, and gets pulled into a cooking competition against Natsuki.

Impressions:Â
Ok, the first episodes animation was pretty good, I didn’t find a problem with it, nor did I hear much about it. The second episode seemed fine to me, I didn’t notice the animation quality being worse, but a couple of people said it wasn’t’ as good. Now the third one…sucked. I right away could tell that it was god awful compared to….normal. I mean, this is worse then Soul Link! I seriously almost considered just not watching or dropping the series because of this, although I don’t drop series I started blogging. I just hope the animation gets better or this will just fail
Apart from the animation, this episode was ok. Overall this has become a tad less then I had expected it too be, and I won’t feel at any great loss at it only being 12 episodes. That’s not to say I hate it, I just hope that they will focus a bit more on the relationships and less on some rather episodic episodes like this one was.
This episode wasn’t completely bad; there were some pretty funny moments in it. I loved Jin and all of his fantasizes. The way he was imagining Feena screwing up and running into his arms the same way for all of the times he messed up was hilarious. I also just liked his character, the way he was scheming about Feena and making the bet. Also, Natsuki cooking everything to a crisp was hilarious, especially how she managed to turn soup and salad into solid carbon ash. Although I’m unsure if that’s physically possible, it was pretty funny.
At least Master Carbon was able to entertain me for a bit, despite the horrible animation.
