So since it looks like his hand thing is AIDA it might just be killing him. Hence the reason he told Phyllo that. @Tbexz

Wasn't sure either of if it was Phyllo with Alzheimer’s that talked to Touta or a relative, but it being a relative makes perfect sense too.
