The Final Plan against the Gards-Orm goes into effect as all the forces of Celebrum attack the Gards-Orm headquarters in a final hope of saving mankind.

Summary:
- Minato is looking over Shima who has been moved to a bed, trying to fix him as his arm is currently glowing and deteriorating and his overall data was vanishing. Shizuno comes by and says to let her take care of it, and temporarily fixes him.
- Later Shizuno is out on the outside of the ship when Minato comes over and asks her what the deal is with Shima, how she knows so much. Shizuno tells everyone that Shima, the one on Oceanus, is a clone. Because apparition data can’t be copied, a clone was made of Naaga or something and sent on Oceanus which was original a Gards-Orm ship, however the clone had his own consciousness and was against Naaga.
- The battle plan is eventually explained to everyone. All the Celebrant ships will attack at once against the base at the North Pole. They will clear a way for the Oceanus to get inside the large Deutra Area where it will proceed to take some teleporter to the moon and do something while they destroy the main server base of everything.
- The battle starts and all the ships fight against all the Gards-Orm, clearing a path for the Oceanus. Even though Kyo isn’t supposed to go out and fight, he does for a while anyways. He fights along side Togo which we saw in an earlier episode as a pilot from one of the other commander ships. Eventually he goes back to the Oceanus and the Oceanus plunges away though the defenses everyone has broken.
Impressions:
Shima and Shizuno were again a big mystery in this episode. Although this episode was mainly plot focused, and they did make a huge step forward in the progress of the plot and where the story will be going for the rest of the episodes, it still left a bit unsaid about Shima and Shizuno. Shima actually was pretty well explained. How he is technically a Gards-Orm and the one on Oceanus is a clone but he is against Naaga. Shizuno however is still a mystery, as we find out she isn’t a Gards-Orm (if she was telling truth) but don’t really know what exactly she is because of all her talk about not being able to walk the same path as Kyo and not being able to become human.
Minato was also a bit of a mystery in this episode. We still don’t know what’s up with her leg deal. We saw briefly in an episode a while back when she was in the shower her leg was still deteriorating, and then we saw in this episode in a flashback to when she met Shima that her leg even back then was like full blown out glowing and deteriorating.
On a much lighter note, this episode made me laugh so hard I had to pause the episode for a bit to just compose myself. Although we are getting into the climax with everything becoming more exciting, there was just this burst of humor that was hilarious. Kyo impersonating Shima was the best. The way how his voice was exactly like him, likely red by Shima’s seiyuu, just the way he said what Shima would, in his voice, and even pushing up imaginary glasses was the best.
Ok, although not something vitally important, one thing that just made me go: huh? was Meveil, the girl who was the wizard for Togo. We saw her have FOUR celebrant icons on her forehead; now what the hell is up with that? She is such a minor character, up until now but seems she will stay more or less minor, yet she has four icons. NO ONE else has more then one, so what the hell is the deal with her?
Meivelle, the girl with the four icons, and Sarah, Toga’s other partner with the green hair from episode 21, are both main characters from the Zegapain XOR game (where Toga is the protagonist). Supposedly, Meivelle is a genius Wizard (which accounts for the four icons) concerning electric warfare. Their appearences in these two episodes are really just cameos.
