Ok, I’ve kind of fallen behind in my whole plan to blog the older shows. The two I started, Mai HiME and Nanoha didn’t really get past episode five or anything. However, I’m going to start re posting them now for a little bit different reason.
With all the remakes coming out I thought of how I should watch the originals so I can better compare them. For pretty much all of them I had already seen the originals, Kanon, KGNE, so forth, however I wanted to rewatch them so I thought why not blog them as well. I’m going to finished blogging Mai HiME and Nanoha since I started, Nanoha also becuase StrikerS coming out in the near future. I’m also adding to that list of older series to blog, Shakugan no Shana (because of the upcoming movie), Kanon (upcoming remake), KGNE (upcoming remake)
Speaking of the Kanon remake and blogging the older series, that’s exaclty what I’m going to do. I want to get the Original Kanon blogged before the new one comes out so it’s less confusing so be expecting some rapid fire of posts from the original series. I’m saying this by itself because I know someone will read the title of the post, Kanon – 01 and think that the remake is out. HOWEVER to avoid, some, confusion I’ll be calling the new Kanon, Kanon Remake. I know someoen won’t read this post and think the same thing but hopefully they can tell by the screenshots that it’s a post on the old one.

Personally I would suggest you not touch Toei’s Kanon and just watch KyoAni’s for maximum enjoyment. :)
I’ve already seen the original Kanon, in fact a couple of times. I didn’t think it ws that bad, the main things I disliked about it are exactly what they are fixing in the new one. Either way I’m going to watch and blog the old one since I’ve already seen it and I dont think that it would take away any enjoyment.
I just can’t wiat to hear/read about it!
