Perhaps it never really was a full song for them to put on there, so not beg enough for soemthing they would include in OST. In that case there probably isn't anything you can do except find a copy that is only the duration of the length of the scene in this episode. I do not, however, think it strange that Belldandy did not know or recognise Hild. From what I have understood, Belldandy knows that Urd's mother is a demon, Hild, but only by name and reputation; she has never met or even seen her in person before. Remember, Hild left Urd with the father and then left without a word. Belldandy was presented with an older sister, and being the way she is, she never questioned Urd's existence but wellcomed her with unconditional love. I loved this episode!
