Ok, I didn’t find this information out for myself really, but it’s been on other blogs so I though I’d give my thoughts. As the title says there is going to be a new KGNE anime, and apparently it seems to be going the Haruka route this time, which makes sense. I mean, why make another KGNE anime that goes with Mitsuki again. A lot of people seem really happy with this, either because KGNE was so good and popular they are glad for another one, or they are just happy because they hate Mitsuki and want Haruka to win. While others say they should never have changed the ending. Well my response to that is basically, they didn’t change the ending. It was made from an H Game so there is no real one true ending, if I remember correctly from reading about the endings there were two endings for Haruka and Mitsuki, as well as ones for Amane and so on. Haruka and Mitsuki were considered the two main routes, so a Haruka ending is just as fitting to the story as a Mitsuki one.
Some people are saying how they don’t see how there can be much of a story, she wakes up and he goes with her. Well just because it’s a Haruka route doesn’t mean Mitsuki isn’t going to be there. My guess is that he will still sleep with Mitsuki and so forth but when Haruka wakes up that’s when it will start to go different, he will realize he is still in love with Haruka or something and leave Mitsuki, she is still going to be there, just because it’s a Haruka route doesn’t mean there isn’t any drama from Mitsuki. Anyways, I’m putting this anime on my looking forward to page. I’ll post information when I find it.

Oh My God you’re kidding me. The only anime that really effects me emotionally is getting the Kanon treatment? I can’t wait I loved Mitsuki but I’d love even more a Haruka version. The two best anime ever Kanon and Kimi Ga are coming back!

I would have loved the Haruka route too, but are you sure there will be one coming out? There doesn’t seem to have any official news of that… However, if its true, I’m looking forward to it(ALOT).
It’s not true that everyone hates Mitsuki.
Mitsuki was my favourite character in the series,
and I think the original ending is fair:
after all, it was Mitsuki who did everything, right from the start:
making friends with Takayuki, supporting Haruka,
and then supporting depressed Takayuki.
It’s true that she wasn’t ideal on the way, but who in the world is?
I will somewhat confused if the alternative ending anime will come out…

If they are making another KGNE that would be awesome tho it would probly be totally different from the original from animation to plotline. I only hope this one has a little bit less drama and a little more humor cuz KGNE was just drama to the max tho that would be hard with such a dramatic plot such as this.
As for me its a bit dissapointing to already know the ending, but it will surely be interesting to see whitch choises takayuki will make to end up with Haruka.Naturally im a Haruka fan!

Can’t wait to see if they make this ending as powerful as the last. It may have been the exact opposite of what I hoped (I hate Mitsuki with a passion) but it was so well done and so powerful, that I could really feel that anger, which is hard to do. I actually had to pull out my favorite stress reliever of shooting up the woods, and I hope I to see this ending do the opposite and de-stress the emotions from the first ending.

Hmm, this is quite interesting. I loved the anime, and I really didn’t know which way it would go. I’d love to see this come to fruition, and if/when it does I hope it’s subtitled quickly. I’m trying to learn to speak/understand japanese but it’s not as easy as I thought it might be.. i’m getting there though.
oh wow another season but for haruka w00t w00t FTW!!! i wanna see it… please update about when is it gonna be aired and yeah theres some people who like mitsuki and the others haruka… but yeah i would make them both happy it kinda sucks seeing one of them happy(Mitsuki) and the other sad and depressed(Haruka)…. if that happen to me i would be regreting it…. but i would go see haruka everyday to see… ill just be friends with mitsuki even tho shes been supporting and stuff i still would stay with haruka… but please update about the next season to be aired..
Ehem. It won’t make sense after a relationship of 2 years of love for Narumi to get back with Haruka. Wake up all of you, Mitsuki was both a beauty and a real woman and did everything for Narumi. Those accidents are part of life and it was a fair ending. If Narumi is to go with Haruka and at the end then that is what I call unfair… I can’t imagine what would of happened if Mistuki was not there. Probably Narumi suiciding? lol WAKE UP KIDS WHO LOVE “CUTE HARUKA” that story was reality and fair. Cya!
I’m glad to see someone doesn’t absolutely hate and mis-understand the Mitsuki ending, but I do think it could go either way. I mean, it was a game so there wasn’t a real true ending, and if there was one it would have been Haruka’s I do agree with Nimkal though that Mitsuki’s ending didn’t horribly suck.
Not that I’m taking sides here, but playing Devil’s Advocate against Nimkal it could be said that it wasn’t really love over those two years, that Mitsuki was purely a replacement and he didn’t love her, but in the case of the first anime it turns out that he did. In the Haurka route I’m sure it simply goes more along the liens of him realizing he never stopped loving her, and Mitsuki was only there as a replacement.
Either ending, the other one gets kind of screwed.
lol that is true Xebek. I agree with your point and that is why I am saying it could be reality, one of them would get hurt either way. I thought that if it was me, for having a gf before going to University I would not be so much obsessed to that relationship after 3 years passed since the relationship between Narumi and Haruka was not that long. If they were married the story would of been different. But Narumi was only an adult and sometimes accidents happen in life. Then he started a happy life with Mitsuki until she woke up again.
Things got messed up after the awake because Narumi and Mitsuki got reminded of everything but either way 3 years had passed and now they had their own life. It would not make sense for Narumi to return with Haruka after 3 years for only a gf-bf short relationship of sleeping only one time with her while he was 2-3 years with Mitsuki :) Cya!

First off, It’s not a forum, its a blog. Second, respond to what? You didn’t really ask a question and this post is rather old with no new news of this release yet, I really can’t update any information about dates or anything like that.
I may sometimes overlook someone asking a question, but I ready your comment and didn’t really see that it would need a response. Everything related to your comment about Mitsuki was replied to really, but sorry if you feel like you were ignored.
Hmmm, while I’m a Haruka fan through and through, I really don’t think this OVA series can rival the heartache and the drama of the first series. We’ll see, though. (Yeyeye, Haruka forever!)
