A mostly parody filled episode; we see Imadori visiting Ichijou’s house, two classmates together, and then a universe where Tenma and the other girls are cyborgs.

Summary:

We start out seeing Ichijou (going to just call her Ichi) at her home with her brother. She is brushing her teeth and going though normal exercises when her brother asks her if she wants to play Dozibiron with him. Ichi says she is tired so she is just going to sleep in. Kousuke, her brother, says fine, he’ll call someone over to play in the house. Ichi says fine, as long as they are quiet. We then see Ichi’s dream, she dreams of Imadori coming to her house and saying he wants to go out with her and that he loves her. They kiss and then Ichi wakes up, hitting her head on the bunk bed ceiling. She says how it must have just been a dream, but a good one. She hears outside the curtain around her bed her brother playing with whomever and they are being noisy. She opens the curtain to tell them to be quiet and finds her brother playing with Imadori. She freaks out and punches him, knocking him out briefly asking why he is here; she thought his friend coming over was his age. She freaks out and tries to clean up her room as fast as possible. Imadori asks her where he should put this, and holds up a bra. She says in the bottom drawer, but then freaks out just realizing that it’s Imadori. He says that he didn’t know her’s were this big and she says it’s her mom’s, and tries to chase him down who is keeping the bra away from her. Eventually she gets it and Imadori goes around her room, embarrassing her as she tries to get him to stop, saying how the dumbbells in the room are really heavy, there’s a diet chart on the wall, and so on. She starts crying at all that’s gone on and her brother just tells her to forget about it and play Dozibiron with them. Imadori goes over and tells it it’s alright. Then the three of them play Dozibiron, a seemingly cheesy action show and they do things like pretend fight and act things out, really getting into it. Imadori eventually leaves in the evening, Imadori being incredibly nice and really good with her brother as she just watches him leave. Her brother says how she should go out with him then covers his head saying just kidding, expecting her to hit him but she just stands there watching. She then notices he has her mothers’ bra with him and chases him down, beating him up.

We then see on the school rooftop, a guy and a girl from the class together setting up a telescope. Soon, Sango and Ichi arrive with some snacks and Yuki, the girl, explains that she asked whoever the guy is to come. They eat and the three girls talk about the relationships in the class since its nearing the end of the semester. Sango says how she saw different couples and so on and they talk about the progress people have made. The guy then offers to get some drinks but Sango and Ichi say they will get it, and leave the tow of them alone saying to each other how it might be another couple. Yuki and the guy sit there together talking and it seems like the guy likes Yuki and she knows it, but doesn’t want their relationship to chance for some confusing reason. She thinks about all the people she’s seen in relationship and as the two of them look to the sky she starts to tear.

We then see a parody universe bit. We see Karasuma sitting at a desk working and at a nearby table Mikoto, Eri, Tenma, and Yakumo in all similar uniforms but not school uniforms are sitting. Mikoto asks what they all think of their new chief. Eri says how he is more handsome then the last one, but his fashion sense seems to be weird. Tenma jumps up and defends him saying he’s fine and everyone sly says how of course she would say that. Karasuma says he is thirsty and Tenma volunteers to get him some tea. When she leaves the other three girls say how they should have a “welcome party” for her. Tenma narrates ass she is making tea that she is a cyborg. She runs to bring Karasuma the tea and says how she lost all her memories except for the past 6 months. She says how she was found on the street by Yakumo, and explains who Yakumo, Eri, Mikoto, and Akira are saying their personalities and so forth. She arrives at Karasuma desk to see Eri there with him, deducing him. Tenma drops the tea in shock and Eri says to get some more, some for her too. She does so, angry about this and brings two things of tea to find Mikoto there now seducing him also, again she goes gets new tea from dropping it for the three of them and sees now Yakumo along with him. She freaks out saying how could she and Yakumo just says this couldn’t be helped. Tenma just runs away crying. We then see Harima working at a desk with Lala and Ichi as his cyborg workers; apparently they are from some hacker prevention division. Harima looks over at Karasuma, fuming how he is stealing Tenma away from him. Eri sees him looking and gets all embarrassed and straightens her hair and he yells not you. Tenma is talking with Akira on the roof. Akira says how Tenma being happy and cheerful affects everyone. Tenma says that’s just an act but Akira says that it doesn’t matter, because that’s what people know her as and its what gets people through things. Then everyone arrives at the door to the roof and apologizes for earlier saying how it was just a prank for the new person and they all say how much they appreciate her. Just then an alarm goes off and there appears to be someone hacking into their network. Karasuma yells to everyone lets go and they all lien up behind him ready to fight. Harima runs in yelling saying how this is his department. The girls all suit up in tight cyborg like jumpsuit things and Karasuma says how someone has hacked into something and they will be fighting. A screen appears with evil professor Hanai who is attacking. Some machines and robots appear and they all fight them. Everyone gets defeated except for Tenma and she is left by herself. Before she goes to fight the final person Karasuma tells her something and she wonders to herself if it’s about her past. She just says she is wearing two different socks and she freaks out. Harima who showed up again to complain this is his department asks what is with her past and Hanai said he created her and she lost her memories when she got hit by a truck. Tenma freaks out saying to Hanai how he could steal her nobility away and there is a flash of light as she powers up. Karasuma then looks to a giant robot saying it’s your time.

Impressions:

Wow, this was one of the funniest episodes I have seen. They seem to be going back to what they started this serious as, a bunch of parodies, other worlds, different things like that. Also focusing on minor characters, the only question is how long they will continue to do this. I love Ichijou; she is one of my favorite characters so I loved the bit with her. The whole Yuki bit and that guy wasn’t that great, I mean we didn’t really know the characters, and nothing really happened so that whole part seemed rather useless. The end parody bit however was hilarious, I was constantly laughing throughout the whole thing. Seeing the familiar characters in a different life and a little different persona was funny. How all the girls were pretending to seduce Karasuma and also Hanai being the bad guy and so on.
