Louise and Saito must pose as commoners in town in order to find out information, Louise being forced to wear a skimpy waitress outfit to find out what they need to know.

Summary:
We start off seeing Louise and Saito in front of Henrietta. She is thanking them for catching the thief and we find out that Louise has been given a knight title like Tabitha has. She thanks Saito too and holds her hand out for him to kiss it but Louise gets in the way saying she mustn’t. Henrietta says it’s ok, that him protecting her is like swearing his loyalty, and it must be rewarded. Saito doesn’t get it, thinking it’s just a handshake but louse tells him it means he can kiss her. He holds her hand but then pulls Henrietta close and bends her over, kissing her on the lips shocking her and Louise. Louise yells out asking what the hell he is doing. Louise beats him up and keeps apologizing to her for his behavior. Henrietta mentions that she has a favor for them. She tells them that she wants them to stay in town for a while, there are reports of nobles oppressing commoners and ants them to be surveillance. Louise accepts so she and Saito head out into town. Louise buys some new clothes so she doesn’t look like a noble and they go around town trying to find a place to stay. However they have very little money and Louise isn’t used to having to spend stuff, and doesn’t want to settle for having to stay in a cheap motel or anything like that. She runs off leaving Saito behind and when Saito finally catches up to her, he finds out that she blew all their money in the casino trying to get more so they could stay someplace.
Just then some weirdo in a Speedo like outfit comes over saying he overheard their predicament. He says that he runs an inn and would allow them to stay under one condition, looking at Louise. We then see the inn he runs which is also a bar. All the waitresses are wearing mini skirt outfits and he brings out Louise who is dressed the same saying she is a newcomer, making up some story about how her father was about to sell her and so forth. Louse is embarrassed but tries to keep her cover, introducing herself. Saito is in the kitchen with some other servant, washing dishes helping for opening. She says to Saito how his sister is cute and Saito kind of just goes along with it, not wanting to blow his cover either. The freak then announces to all the waitresses that there will be a tip race coming up, the winner will be allowed to wear some special maid outfit that had a spell cast on it to bring forth people’s desires, he said the last person who got to wear it for a day earned so much money they were able to retire. Louise says that this is her chance and tries to serve people, but isn’t’ good at carrying anything or pouring drinks and keeps screwing up. As well as her hesitation to have to pour drink and have serve commoners. At night, Louise and Saito are forced to stay in a small room in the attic. Saito doesn’t mind as it’s not really any different then what he usually has to go though but Louise is sacred of the bats and uncomfortable so when Saito is asleep she scrawls up next to him. The next day, again Louise has problems serving people as she is flat chested compared to everyone else and all the guys are kind of perverts. Meanwhile Saito seems to be doing fine, kind of flirting with the busty girl who is doing dishes with him. He finds out she is the owner’s daughter and manager of the place. Louise sees Saito having such a good time with her and gets mad that he seems to like her because of her breasts she throws a bottle at his head and knocks him out.
Saito wakes up in bed and the owner’s daughter is next to him saying he got hit by a bottle. She asks him suddenly and guesses that Louise isn’t really his sister. Saito gets surprised and tries to keep up their cover but she guesses again that Louise is a noble. She is terrible at carrying dishes and pouring, and her demeanor is that of a noble, she sees to have too much pride. Saito tells her to just forget about it, that she shouldn’t dig too deeply. She then guesses that they are on some mission and tries to deduce Saito into telling her about it when Louise barges in yelling at Saito. Saito jumps up saying he was just gathering information and Louise is pissed and kicks him in the groin. She drags him off and the manager girl asks Louise what about her job. She says after she finishes with Saito she will go back and the manager says that it wont matter, especially with her small breasts she hasn’t’ gotten any tips. Louise gets embarrassed saying it doesn’t matter. The manager mentions the tip race and Louise says that she will defiantly win it. We then see some fat noble come it not he bar with a bunch of his lackeys. The owner greets him but apologizes for everything being full. The noble snaps his fingers and his men raise their wands and everyone stand sup and leaves, giving him a sot to sit. He looks around and asks why no one is serving him, the tax collector of her highness. Saito asks the manager who he is and she says he is Turene, the tax collector. If anyone goes against him he puts heavy taxes on them so no business can go against him. He touches the waitresses all over and doesn’t leave a tip, so no one wants to serve him. Louise however not knowing this goes over to serve him, thinking she can get a big tip from a noble. Turene starts to be perverted towards Louise and she finally snaps and kicks him in the face. He freaks out getting mad; knocking over a table asking how dare a commoner do that to a noble like him. Saito rushes in, standing in front of Louise telling him to just drop it. His men raise their weapons and Saito tries to pull out his sword but forgets he left it in the attic. However Louise jumps up on at able and pulls out her want, making an explosion. She says how she won’t take that crap from him, having to serve him like that. She points her wanted and he says she must be a ruined noble for having to work here but she pulls out a certificate Henrietta gave her and he freaks out, bowing down apologizing. He offers her money and asks her to forget this happened. Since she is supposed to be under cover she tells him to leave and forget this ever happened. He rushes out, leaving behind money. All the waitresses fawn over her saying how cool she was to do that. The manager girl says how it seems she won’t the tip race; pointing to the many bags of cash they left behind saying it must be a tip. Later in the attic, Saito is saying how since their cover is blown they will have to quit. Louise comes out wearing the special outfit and Saito is just stunned. Louise is embarrassed and all Saito can say is Tres Bien, what the creepy owner always says. We then see in a jail cell somewhere, Fouquet. Someone comes up to her and opens her cell door. She asks what he wants and he says he is just here to greet their comrade, Fouquet the Crumbling Dirt, or should he say Matilda of South Gotha. Fouquet is surprised, recognizing the man.
Impressions:
Wow, this is one of the funniest episodes so far. Just the whole beginning sequence with Saito kissing Henrietta made me laugh so hard I had to pause this until I was done laughing, that part was just great. Also just seeing Louise in eh costumes was funny too. One note about Henrietta and the kiss, in the novels Henrietta did have a thing for Saito so I’m wondering how much of that is transferred over into the anime. She didn’t seem too pissed about the kiss but again she is a fairly mild manor person so even if she has no feelings he wouldn’t have lashed out like Louise.
Well, it seems I was half wrong with Fouquet being out of the picture now. With that small bit near the end it seems like she will have an important part still to come, although I was partially right that there is something bigger, as we don’t know who it was that rescued her and called her Matilda of South Gotha. Also unsure of what this means and why Fouquet was surprised by this, it doesn’t leave much to be understood, just a prelude to something that is likely to be the final conflict of this since the series is so short.
